We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right on a beautiful soft sand beach with gentle waves that were perfect for swimming. We spent hours enjoying the beach and the amazing view of the ocean. The service at this place was outstanding - the staff members were incredibly kind and always eager to help us in any way they could. We truly felt like we were being taken care of and it made our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep.

The infinity pool overlooking the beach was amazing, with pretty white pool chairs. The hotel had excellent service and a friendly vibe upon check-in, with no timeshare pressure. The rooms were spacious and the landscaping was beautiful. The location was great, with a short walk to Bucerias and a nearby grocery store.
